First of all, I had a number of phone conversations and in person meeting with Roham, who is a professional with years of experience in event management, to assist me in planning our celebration party step by step to the level of my expectations. He is very polite, approachable and personable. Everytime he was readily willing to answer any questions and explain the process patiently. Roham truly goes above and beyond with respect in order to personalize each plan based on the expectations of the individual, then with his experience in this field, beautifully creates the best plan possible that demonstrates professionalism. The level of attention to detail was excellent and so I am happy that I trusted his recommendations. Also, time management was excellent which was very important to me.
All staff at Termeh Cafe Restaurant Downtown were polite, welcoming. They were eager to ensure the customer is satisfied and comfortable which is impressive. Maryam was very sweet, ready to assist all time during the event with her beautiful smile. The live piano performance was amazing. Tables were beautifully designed with candles, savory and sweet flavors, fruits, and welcoming drinks. Dining table also was exceptional with the persian flavors, well cooked meals that everybody enjoyed.
I also really like how transparent they are with pricing. Just to add something to improve, it would be great if their website provided a page specifically designed for events in order to save more time and make the process smoother.
